The fine print. Plainly.

Who can attend

1. Events are for adults 18 and over.
2. Every event is a safe, inclusive space. Disrespect, harassment, or discriminatory behavior results in removal without a refund.

Refunds

1. Refunds are available until 72 hours before your session starts, less a $5 processing fee.
2. Within 72 hours of your session, refunds are not available. You may transfer your seat, reschedule to a future event, or have your kit mailed to you.
3. If we cancel an event or session, you receive a full refund. No fee is kept.

Transfers

1. You may transfer your seat to another adult at any time before the session starts. Payment between you and that person is your arrangement, not ours.
2. The transferred seat carries your original kit selection. The person receiving it must accept these terms.
3. An unaccepted transfer expires at the session start, and the seat stays yours.

Seats bought for someone else

1. The person you buy for accepts these terms through their own link, and then manages the seat. Any refund goes back to the card used to pay.
2. If they don't accept, we'll email you so you can choose what to do with the seat.

Rescheduling

1. You may reschedule once per registration, to an upcoming event with open seats.
2. If the new event costs more, you pay the difference when you reschedule. If it costs less, no difference is returned.
3. The new event's materials replace your original kit.
4. Missing a rescheduled event forfeits all funds paid.

Kits

1. Kits mailed at your request ship by media mail at no charge, after the event. Tracking is sent by email.

No-shows

1. Not attending without any notice forfeits all funds paid.

Contributions

1. Contributions to support an event are not tax-deductible.
